Store Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Orders:

  • Processed Monday to Friday
  • Shipping in New Zealand is typically overnight but may take 1-2 days.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is processed.

Returns & Refund Policy:

Before purchasing, carefully review item details, and feel free to email us at shop@theservicedepot.co.nz with any questions.

We are happy to exchange sizes when necessary and available (exchanges can only be made once). Exchanges, store credits, and refunds are available on full-price items only (store credits are valid for 6 months). Sale items cannot be exchanged, credited, or refunded. Items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with the original tags attached.

We cannot exchange, repair, or refund items damaged due to general wear and tear. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Return Instructions:

  • Email return and/or exchange details before sending the item.

Remember to keep your tracking details for return items and request a signature, as we cannot take responsibility for packages that do not arrive.
